FRiday Reports
Since I've seen most of you for conferences, there's not a whole lot to say.
Just want to inform you of some upcoming events: No school tomorrow. Students that would like additional class time may set up arrangements to come in for part of the day. Monday, speakers from Borgess Hospital's Think First Program will be here at 1:00 to address brain and spinal cord injuries. Parents and siblings are welcome to attend. Wednesday, Keith Hall ( http://www.keithhallmusic.com/about/bio/ ) will be bringing a keyboard, bass, and trumpet player as well as a singer with him. His quintet is made up of professional musicians working and studying in the Kalamazoo area. They will be preforming from 11:30-12:30. Parents and siblings are invited. Thursday, students will be visiting Sherman Lake and Friday will have students at the Kalamazoo Gospel Mission. Monday, October 31, Gateway students will have the opportunity to have their vision screened. This will take place at the MIDDLE SCHOOL, FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. All students need to go to the MS before coming to Gateway. Students who drive should come to the MS, do the screening, then drive to Gateway. Parents that drop off students should drop them off at the MS; we will have a bus bring all students to Gateway after the screening is completed. Thank you attending conferences, I always love meeting with you. I will be at the school tomorrow if you weren't able to come in this week....sign up on the conference sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Sh3EDDgpk-vAIV27KvXdH6ZcXUAzgErFhNTZQtx_bXU/edit#gid=7
